Terms of Service
The contract for using CRICTUBE, including accounts, content, and enforcement.
Published 18 Sept 2026 · Effective 18 Sept 2026 · Updated 18 Sept 2026
Agreement
These Terms govern access to CRICTUBE websites, apps, and related services. By creating an account or uploading content you accept them. If you use CRICTUBE on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you can bind that organisation.
Accounts
You must give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may require email verification before channel applications, advertiser deposits, monetization, or withdrawals.
Demo accounts are for previewing the product. Do not treat demo balances, ads, or payouts as real money.
Content you watch
Public videos and shorts are provided as-is. We do not guarantee that every upload is authorised, accurate, or available in your country. Recommendations and search ranking can change.
Content you post
You keep ownership of original videos you upload. You grant CRICTUBE a licence to host, transcode, display, and promote that content on the service so other people can watch it. You confirm you have the rights to the video, audio, graphics, and likenesses you include.
We may remove, restrict, demonetize, or age-gate content that breaks these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or the Copyright Policy.
Channels, ads, and money
Channel approval, advertiser approval, monetization, and payouts are separate programmes. Eligibility is described in the Creator Policy, Monetization Policy, Payout Policy, and Advertising Policy. We can change those programmes with notice.
Enforcement
We may warn, restrict uploads, suspend, or ban accounts. Serious abuse can be reported to authorities. You can appeal eligible decisions from the appeals area when that feature is offered.
Disclaimers
CRICTUBE is provided without warranties to the extent allowed by law. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from use of the service, except where the law says we cannot limit that liability.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced in-app when an admin marks the update as important. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.
