Scope

This policy explains how CRICTUBE handles information when you watch, sign in, upload, advertise, or contact support.

Information we collect

• Account — name, email, password hash, role, and profile image you provide.
• Channel and videos — titles, descriptions, thumbnails, captions, and upload files.
• Usage — watch history, searches, likes, subscriptions, and device/browser type needed to run the player.
• Payments — payout method snapshots and advertiser deposit references. We do not store full card numbers in this product.
• Support — ticket messages and allowed attachments.
• Moderation — reports, strikes, copyright claims, and audit logs.

How we use it

We use this information to run the service, recommend cricket video, process ads and payouts, prevent abuse, send transactional email, and improve performance. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

Staff with the right role can see what they need to moderate, pay, or support you. Payment references may go to the processor you chose. We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect users.

Retention

Account data stays while the account is open. Notifications, tickets, and audit events follow their own retention rules. You can request deletion of an eligible account through support; legal holds and fraud records may remain.

Your choices

• Update name and notification email preferences in settings.
• Sign out on shared devices.
• Use support to correct account details we cannot edit in the UI.

Children

CRICTUBE is not directed at children under 13. Do not create an account for a child below the age required in your country.
