Reset your password

Forgot password is on the sign-in page.

1. Open Sign in, then Forgot password.
2. Enter the email on the account.
3. If an account exists, we send a reset link. The same message is always shown so accounts cannot be guessed.
4. Choose a password with at least 8 characters, a letter, and a number.

The link expires in one hour and can be used once. Changing the password signs out other sessions. We never email your password.
