Apply from Studio when your channel meets the current thresholds.

Open Studio → Monetization.
Eligibility is based on the live site settings, not a guess. If you qualify, submit an application. Admins review it. Approved channels can mark eligible videos as monetized.
A rejection includes a reason. You can apply again after you meet the requirements. Monetization can be suspended independently of your channel.
